Our meat products are supplied by a speciality butcher from the ancient Smithfield meat market in the City of London. This ancient market has been established for over 800 years and Epping Forest being managed by the City of London it is right that our products, as and where we can are sought from City of London based suppliers.

Our sausages are specially made for us by S.C.Crosby wholesale butchers who is also a regular customers as well.
